About me
I am a fourth year PhD student, studying Informatics and Computing. My dissertation work lies at the intersection of civic technology, mobile crowdsensing, and situated play design. I hold seven years of experience in Human-Computer Interaction research, with much of my work involving community-based participatory design and mobile health. My work is shown in nine peer-reviewed HCI publications and three deployed softwares.
I am a graduate research assistant and instructor at Northern Arizona University. I am co-advised by Dr. Jared Duval at NAU and Dr. Morgan Vigil-Hayes at Michigan State University.
When I am not doing research, I am an avid hiker, fiber artist, and baker!
